Lab information
I'm currently a Scientist, Applied Bioinformatics focusing on single cell sequencing bioinformatics analysis. I finished my PhD degree at University of California, Davis at Dr. Janine LaSalle's lab, where I identified epigenetics targeted regions associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as biomarker for early detection using whole genome bisulfite sequencing, whole genome sequencing and EPIC-array.
